DIMITRIS PRASSOS

Dimitris Prassos, the founding partner of the firm, is a member of the Athens Bar Association. He studied law in the University of Athens and speaks English and French fluently. He started practising law in 1973 in the firm of G. & N.L. Daniolos. In 1989 he founded the Firm. He is considered to be an acclaimed expert in civil and commercial law, especially in shipping, corporate and banking law, and highly experienced in litigation. He is fully qualified to appear before all Greek Courts, including the Supreme Court (“Areios Pagos”) and the Council of the State (Symvoulio Epikrateias”).

GEORGE PRASSOS

George Prassos, who joined the firm in 2001, is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association. He studied Law in the University of Athens and obtained an LL.M. degree in Maritime Law in the University of Southampton, England. He is qualified to appear before the Court of Appeal. He speaks English and French fluently.

EVANGELIA ZOUMI

Evangelia Zoumi is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association. She studied Law in the University of Thessaloniki and speaks English and German fluently. She is qualified to appear before the Court of Appeal. Her areas of expertise include litigation, maritime law, shipping finance, corporate law and contract law.

FOTEINI KALAITZAKI

Foteini Kalaitzaki is a member of the Piraeus Bar Association. She studied Law in the University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus. She speaks English, French and German fluently. She is qualified to appear before the Court of Appeal. Her areas of expertise include banking law, maritime law, commercial and pleasure yachts and real-estate transactions.
